Participation in the International Book Fair in Cairo in January 2024

The Libyan Advanced Center for Chemical Analysis is currently participating, in cooperation with Al-Azhar University in the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Faculty of Agriculture, Misrata University, in the Cairo International Book Fair in its 55th session. In the period 01/24_02/06/2024 By participating in a book entitled (Healthy Bread Flour) This was done through researcher Mahasen Saleh Al-Khabbat, who participated in this book by writing one of its chapters and also participated in directing it, which is currently being displayed at the Cairo International Book Fair. About the book:: The book contains 6 chapters Chapter One: Wheat flour and its derivatives Chapter Two: The most important types of flour Chapter Three: Starch and its uses Chapter Four: Bread additives Chapter Five: The most important flour products in Libya Chapter Six: Gluten We congratulate researcher Mahasen for this excellent work and good luck
