Within the framework of the Center’s policy aimed at developing and raising the level of research assistants and technicians at the Center, and in cooperation with the Training Office, an internal course on classical analysis was organized from Sunday, 03/12/2023, to Thursday, 03/16/2023. The program for this course was as follows: The first day (Sunday): Practice preparing solutions of different molar and standard concentrations using the chemicals available at the center. The second day (Monday): Practice calibrations, controlling molarity, preparing reagents, testing solutions prepared by the trainees, and training them on accuracy and reducing the error rate. The third day (Tuesday): Training on preparing standard chains of heavy elements and testing them in the atomic absorption device. Each trainee drew the relationship between absorption and concentration. Day four: Sample preparation and wet digestion method for solid and liquid samples. This course was supervised by an elite group of people with experience in this field, who were credited with making this course a success, through preparation, modification, and follow-up throughout the past period.
